Sandi Davies, a single mom and park ranger from Montana, takes a District Ranger position on the island of Kauai. Soon after arriving with her daughter, Sandi is faced with the gruesome deaths of two hikers — Their bodies discovered deep in one of Kauai's national forests.
When police blame the tragedy on wild boar, Sandi begins a search for her own answers. She soon discovers the details of an ancient curse, and learns it has gained power over the island.
